Then on to Lake Garda which is the greatest of the Italian lakes - a complex geologic system with valleys and rivers forming a beautiful natural wonder. The mountains with their rich vegetation; the crystalline water; the green shores; the enchanting villages that have charmed many poets and writers in the past.
