Got the Vibe?

Got the Vibe?

Improve your golf immediately!

A new development for those with the passion for golf that will help your game and improve your putting.

Help from the experts

Developed by Dave Hicks, “Got The Vibe” is the result of over thirty years professional experience in high end precision engineering and a passion for golf and specifically the science of putting.

“Got The Vibe” is a device which improves putting accuracy by reducing the vibrations in the putter head and dramatically increasing the sweet spot on the putter face. This results in putts hit out of the toe or heel of the putter behaving in the same manner as if hit out of the centre, leading to consistently more accurate putting. Taking less than five minutes to fit, the device is positioned in the shaft of the putter close to the balance point, improving rhythm resulting in enhanced feel and distance control.

Working with the PGA

Dave Hicks works extensively with the PGA specifically by providing advice and support for their educational module on putting and has been working for many years creating the concept and design for the “Got The Vibe” device. Simon Hubbard from PGA comments: “We are always looking to work with leaders in every field and the input from Dave Hicks Putting has been invaluable to the continuing development of our programme”.

A word from the founder

As a natural extension to their portfolio, and after several years in development, Dave Hicks Putting has recently launched “Got The Vibe”. Founder Dave Hicks comments: “It is widely acknowledged that approximately 40% of shots in a round of golf are taken with just one club; the putter, yet historically most attention is drawn towards technological advancements in drivers.

Help for the amateur

Our device is designed for tour professionals looking to improve performance and find the edge as well as for amateurs looking to reduce their handicap and improve their game and as such we have ensured “Got The Vibe” complies with the rules of golf as assessed by the R&A, golf’s governing body”.

Good feedback

Initial feedback from the industry has been overwhelming with Christian Fogden, professional at Goodwood commenting: “The little extra weight the vibe gives completes the putter. The soft feel off the face and the difference in distance control is exceptional. I almost feel like I am cheating!”.

Available throught the UK

“Got The Vibe” is available throughout the UK either as a ‘ready to fit’ standalone device or by purchasing one of the recently launched range of off the shelf Dave Hicks Putters, which come with a built in “Got The Vibe” device.
