These days we all recognise how important nutrition is to our well-being. This is all very well, but how do you learn what is right, what is wrong and, more specifically, what is good for you?
The Paragon College is a modern facility in Leatherhead, Surrey, offering a wide range of nutrition courses from diplomas to workshops for everyone. You need have no previous experience, but an interest in health and well-being, an open mind and willingness to learn something new. Why sit in front of a computer, when you can meet new people and share your thoughts and concerns whilst having your questions answered directly by an experienced professional? Our tutors are all highly qualified nutritionists, who run their own practices.

Healthy Eating for over 50s
This 3 hour workshop is targeted at those over 50 wishing to maintain a healthy lifestyle through healthy eating.
Topics covered range from how the body ages, how digestion changes through the years, to tips on maintaining wellness into later years.
Food & Mood
This interactive, one-day workshop explores the relationship between what we eat and how we feel – emotionally, mentally and physically.
We explain how food and nutrition can significantly affect your mental and emotional health. We look at which foods can cause problems, which can help and why, and how to change your diet for the better. The workshop combines group discussions, mini workshops, quizzes, food tasting, etc, all of which provides the opportunity to boost your knowledge and share experiences.
Courses about Nutrition, Sports Therapy & Occupational Health
The Paragon College also run Sports Therapy, Occupational Health, and Nutrition & Herbal courses. This includes Diploma courses for those interested in developing a career in these areas.
