I must confess that for years I hated shopping for clothes. It wasn’t because I didn’t have the time, or had no interest in fashion.

On the contrary, I love clothes and enjoy the shopping experience, right up to the fitting room moment when I always ended up looking lumpy, dumpy and frumpy, at which point I would give up and go home or end up buying the same old shapeless outfit. But a few years ago I had a eureka moment and shopping for clothes suddenly became a joyful experience again. That life changing moment? Finding the right bra!

Once discovered I would never again underestimate how amazing the right bra can make you look and feel. It lifts and shapes you and can give you curves of a woman 20 years younger; it re-discovered my waistline (I thought it was lost forever) and gave me the confidence to walk tall. Not to mention the comfort factor.
