This exercise makes it easier to be grateful for the many good things you have in your life.
Today is looking out for cues that will remind you to be grateful.
I have to find seven cues and act upon them. I live right in the middle of a busy city and police cars and ambulances are always going past and these should remind me to be grateful for my safety and my health.
Going past a bank or ATM will remind be to be pleased for the money I have. Seeing a newspaper will be the cue to be thankful for good news.
Walking past someone with the perfect weight that I would like to achieve should remind me to be appreciative of my perfect weight. A neighbour waving to me and wishing me Good Morning will remind me of the fact that friends and neighbours are important.
Coming across one of the material desires from my top ten list will cue me to give gratitude for the journey to acquiring it.
This should be a fun game and will set in motion the Law of Attraction finding new ways to set the magic in motion.
After 24 days of following this regime, I am aware that things are happening for the better and being grateful makes you feel more positive and optimistic about life.
Ten things have been added to my list today.
My Magic Rock thought: how wonderful it is to talk to someone of the younger generation and get a new perspective on life. There are so many youngsters who have a positive outlook on life and are working hard to create a better world.
