If you have problems in your life you need to make a list of them and what you would feel like if the perfect solution was reached and then be grateful for that solution.
Do not dwell on the problem as that will only add more problems and do not dwell on how the solution will come about. Just think that all the problems are solved satisfactorily and give gratitude.
From the list, pick three problems and think exactly how you will feel when these problems are behind you. The law of attraction will then bring the people or circumstances around that will help you get beyond them.
Here are my three:
1. Getting my book finished and published.
2. Restoring the confidence of one little boy that I teach to enable him to learn.
3. Overcoming the skin problem that I have at present.
I have been working on this principle for some time and I know that it really works. Things just work out for the best for me and I am eternally grateful for that.
I have written out my ten good things and My Magic Rock thought is: How lucky that I had discovered meditation and how calm my mind is at the present time. My life is filled with happiness and creativity.
