Day 13 Make All Your Wishes Come True.

Sounds too good to be true but as I feel so much better, I will give it a try.

Today is the beginning of making my dreams and desires come true. I have to start to give thanks for things before I receive them and well as when I have received them. This is the secret to making your wishes materialise.

I had to ask myself what I most want right now. At the start of this journey I had to write a list of my goals and objectives however big or small. Now was the time to take ten of them off the list and start work on them.

I will not tell you them all but one is to clear my eczema patches and stop the itching, so this is the one I will concentrate on. I have to see my skin as clear and give thanks in advance for the healing that I will receive.

I have suffered from contact eczema for the past few years and from time to time the patches become very itchy. Nothing seems to touch it and I must admit that I do not want to use cortisone creams, as I know this thins the skin. Aging skin is thin enough without this added complication so I am going to practice this exercise and see what happens.

I have to imagine that I am putting an order in to a mega store and then express gratitude as though my skin is clear again. I have to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Apparently saying it three times is very powerful and makes the sense of gratitude even deeper.

I have to ask myself three questions:

1. What emotions will I feel when I receive this gift

2. Who would be the first person I would tell.

3. What is the first great thing I will do when I get my desire.
This has to be done for all ten wishes. Making the order loud and clear and saying thank you. What could be easier?

As I said yesterday, thinking of things to be grateful for is so much easier. There seem so many things that I want to include each day.

I feel so full of life and energy and really look forward to each new day as an opportunity to do something new and exciting.

My Magic Rock thought: The joy on the face of a small boy I have been working with when he completed his book and was able to take it round to each class and give them a copy.
